Kitchen and menu


The Liceo Mediterráneo school has its own state-of-the-art kitchen where menus are prepared daily and which are designed by a nutritionist together with the kitchen team led by Mr. Javier Fernández Márquez.

In compliance with EU Regulation No 1169/2011 on food information provided to consumers, Liceo Mediterráneo has the relevant information available for consultation, related to the presence of allergens in all the products served in our menus.
